Hak cipta (lambang internasional: ©, Unicode: U+00A9) adalah hak eksklusif Pencipta atau Pemegang Hak Cipta untuk mengatur penggunaan hasil penuangan gagasan atau informasi tertentu. Pada dasarnya, hak cipta merupakan "hak untuk menyalin suatu ciptaan". Hak cipta dapat juga memungkinkan pemegang hak tersebut untuk membatasi penggandaan tidak sah atas suatu ciptaan. Pada umumnya pula, hak cipta memiliki masa berlaku tertentu yang terbatas.
Hak cipta berlaku pada berbagai jenis karya seni atau karya cipta atau "ciptaan". Ciptaan tersebut dapat mencakup puisi, drama, serta karya tulis lainnya, film, karya-karya koreografis (tari, balet, dan sebagainya), komposisi musik, rekaman suara, lukisan, gambar, patung, foto, perangkat lunak komputer, siaran radio dan televisi, dan (dalam yurisdiksi tertentu) desain industri.

kasus perlindungan konsumen

            Di Surabaya, seorang advokat menggugat Lion selaku pemilik Maskapai Penerbangan Wings Air di karena penerbangan molor 3,5 jam. Maskapai tersebut digugat oleh seorang advokat bernama DAVID ML Tobing. DAVID, lawyer yang tercatat beberapa kali menangani perkara konsumen, memutuskan untuk melayangkan gugatan setelah pesawat Wings Air (milik Lion) yang seharusnya ia tumpangi terlambat paling tidak sembilan puluh menit.
Kasus ini terjadi pada 16 Agustus lalu ia berencana terbang dari Jakarta ke Surabaya, pukul 08.35 WIB. Tiket pesawat Wings Air sudah dibeli. Hingga batas waktu yang tertera di tiket, ternyata pesawat tak kunjung berangkat. DAVID mencoba mencari informasi, tetapi ia merasa kurang mendapat pelayanan. Pendek kata, keberangkatan pesawat telat dari jadwal.

Reported Speech

Reported Statements
When do we use reported speech? Sometimes someone says a sentence, for example "I'm going to the cinema tonight". Later, maybe we want to tell someone else what the first person said.
Here's how it works:
We use a 'reporting verb' like 'say' or 'tell'. If this verb is in the present tense, it's easy. We just put 'she says' and then the sentence:
Direct speech: “I like ice cream”. Reported speech: She says (that) she likes ice cream. We don't need to change the tense, though probably we do need to change the 'person' from 'I' to 'she', for example. We also may need to change words like 'my' and 'your'.

ELLIPTICAL SENTENCE

Elliptical Sentence is a combination of two different sentences but predicates the same subject, and used to avoid repetition. The purpose of the establishment of an elliptical sentence which is to deliver a statement in a simple and at the same time avoid repeating the same sentence elements.
Ellipsis sentence is divided into two sentences combined sentence equal ellipsis for the use of the conjunction "and" and similar berlawaan combined sentence that uses the conjunction "but".

telling about your plans

I majored in accounting because i'm so interest to be an accountant in the company. Maybe most of people think that acconting is very difficult to learn, but, i dont tink so. If we want to study hard and if we love the choice, we can do the best in capability. After graduation I had a plan to be an accountant at a large company. wish me luck! amin :)
